  • Women 100 pounds of body weight for the first 5 feet + 5 pounds for each increment of an inch.
  • Men: 106 pounds of corpus weight to the initial 5 feet of height plus 6 pounds for each increment of an inch.

If you have a smaller body frame, you can subtract 10 percent off that figure. For a large frame, add 10 percent.
